Cette option s’est accélérée sous sa forme à distance, dès la mise en œuvre des règles de confinement.

- Pas de déplacement
- Pas de contact physique
- Pas de promiscuité
- Travail sur le système de l’organisme
- Réponse approprié et immédiate par un professionnel de la formation/VAE/CBC/apprentissage, de l’audit Qualité et du RNQ.
- Rapport de clôture reprenant les écarts et les opportunités d’amélioration
Lorsque je réalise ces missions de pré-audit à distance, les retours sont :
- La satisfaction d’acquérir une meilleure compréhension des exigences du référentiel
- Permettre dès lors, de pouvoir utiliser la baisse d’activité liée à la pandémie pour avancer sur la mise en œuvre des indicateurs qualité.
